Rev. Moses Deleo Ocen is a visionary leader, seasoned pastor, and passionate advocate for holistic community transformation in Uganda. He currently serves as the Board Chair for Children of the Nations–Uganda (COTN-Uganda), where he provides strategic oversight and champions sustainable development initiatives that uplift vulnerable children and communities.

  • Founder and Executive Director of Divine Agency for Integrated Development (DivineAid), established in 2001 as a rebrand of the former Divine Waters Uganda.

· Through DivineAid, Rev. Ocen has led impactful programs across 25 districts in Uganda, training local management structures, empowering hand pump mechanics, and promoting sustainable water and sanitation solutions.

As Board Chair, Rev. Ocen is a member of the Global Alliance Council of Children of the Nations, contributing to the organization’s international mission of raising children who transform nations. His leadership blends strategic insight, grassroots experience, and a heart for justice and transformation.
