
Rev. Moses Deleo Ocen is a seasoned pastor and community leader in Uganda with a strong commitment to holistic community transformation. He currently serves as Board Chair of Children of the Nations–Uganda (COTN-Uganda), where he provides strategic oversight and supports sustainable initiatives that uplift vulnerable children and strengthen local communities.
He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development from Uganda Christian University, equipping him with a strong foundation in leadership, governance, and community engagement.
Rev. Ocen has faithfully served as a pastor with Divine Waters Ministries for over 25 years, ministering with compassion, wisdom, and a deep dedication to both spiritual growth and social impact. His leadership reflects a servant-hearted approach and a passion for empowering individuals and communities through faith in action.
In 2001, he founded the Divine Agency for Integrated Development (DivineAid), formerly known as Divine Waters Uganda. Through DivineAid, Rev. Ocen has led impactful programs across 25 districts in Uganda, focusing on integrated water resources management, climate change adaptation, livelihood development, and sustainable water and sanitation solutions.
