Rev. Moses Deleo Ocen is a visionary leader, seasoned pastor, and passionate advocate for holistic community transformation in Uganda. He currently serves as the Board Chair for Children of the Nations–Uganda (COTN-Uganda), where he provides strategic oversight and champions sustainable development initiatives that uplift vulnerable children and communities.
