Matt Panos

Matthew (Matt) Panos serves as Vice President of Advancement at Children of the Nations (COTN), where he oversees all fund development efforts and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.  

 He has been with COTN for over three years. Matt brings more than 40 years of experience in fundraising and development, having previously served with organizations including Food for the Hungry, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, along with several consulting and leadership roles across the nonprofit sector. He holds two undergraduate degrees from North Carolina State University, where he attended on a golf scholarship, as well as an MBA.  

 Matt and his wife reside in Phoenix, Arizona, and they have two adult children.
