Children of the Nations (COTN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Bundy as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1, 2026.
Steve Bundy brings nearly two decades of executive leadership experience in global nonprofit ministry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President at Joni and Friends. Throughout his tenure, he has led large-scale international operations while guiding organizational strategy, strengthening financial stewardship, and expanding programmatic impact to serve vulnerable populations around the world.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, Steve has served as a missionary, pastor, and business leader, bringing a unique and holistic perspective to ministry leadership. He holds a BA in Theology and Missions, an MA in Organizational Leadership, and certificates of completion in executive education at Harvard University and the Stanford Institute for Non-Profit Management. These diverse experiences have shaped his ability to integrate spiritual leadership with operational excellence. His combined organizational, operational, and business acumen uniquely positions him to lead an international ministry such as Children of the Nations into its next season of growth and mission expansion.
