Knowing Rachael’s heart, the Lord opened up the opportunity to serve as the Spiritual Care Program Leader at COTN.

Rachael works alongside her in-country counterparts to encourage, resource, and equip global leaders to advance the kingdom.  

The three pillars of the Spiritual Care program are evangelism, discipleship, and mentorship.
