How Do I Make a Clothing SmilePack?
Using the size chart:
Size Chart (separate PDF)
- Choose a size and gender
- Enclose items in a 2-gallon plastic zip-lock bag
- Circle the pack you’ve selected on the size chart, indicate gender, and include this card in your bag.
Enclose $5.00 per SmilePack (check payable to COTN) to cover cost of shipping and other program costs.
