Coin Banks

Business owners can provide an opportunity for people to donate spare change to Children of the Nations’ Feeding Program. Through our feeding centers in Africa and the Dominican Republic, twenty-five cents feeds a child.  Spare change—nickels, dimes, and quarters—tossed in our Coin Banks adds up to tens of thousands of dollars annually!  This money goes directly toward our in-country feeding initiatives including our agricultural projects, which help create long-term sustainability. Coin Banks also promote Children of the Nations to the local community.

Strategically placed Coin Banks in businesses in local communities can help raise money for needy children around the world.  A bunch of loose change can add up to a big difference for children in our care.  You can get involved with this movement in one of two ways:

As a Business Owner
Provide counter space for a COTN Coin Banks and create opportunities for your customers to donate to our feeding program. Our Coin Banks that promote “$1.00 feeds four starving children for a day” will hopefully encourage your customers to donate their spare change.  This small change makes a significant difference, saving lives every day.

Help collect money from a Coin Bank, or help place Coin Banks in your area. This can be a fun, easy task for your family and friends. We can always use more collectors!

If you are a business owner and would like to provide counter space for a COTN Coin Bank or for more information on joining our Coin Bank Army, please email coinbanks@cotni.org.
