Summary:

Children of the Nations (COTN) seeks an Area Community Representative to support COTN's ministry in the world by involving people, developing group relationships, and mobilizing them to actively engage in their region and community.

FOCUS: Developing people in the area.

Responsibilities:

• Network, develop and respond to relationships in order to present COTN and mobilize churches, organizations and individuals to get involved
• Implement and manage a strategy for working with groups area wide to engage in COTN handles
• Effectively and passionately articulate the vision of COTN to potential ministry partners

Skills and Qualifications:

PERSONAL:

• Agrees with and signs COTN’s Statement of Faith
• Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Children of the Nations (COTN)
• Faithfully upholds COTN’s ministry in prayer
• Acts as an advocate for our children, raising awareness of their needs and potential, and challenging and enabling those within one’s sphere of influence to greater involvement on behalf of children
