Venture Coordinator (California Satellite)

Summary:

The Venture Department is seeking a Venture Satellite Coordinator to work with our California Satellite office in the preparation, recruitment, selection, training, service and follow-up for Venture Teams.

Responsibilities:

Initiate and participate in local recruiting events within the satellite through community awareness/marketing techniques during and after office hours and on weekends, as needed
Process all applicants
Assist with training through weekly phone calls and attending local training events
Submit recommendations for Local Internship candidates to Satellite staff
Submit recommendations for Consultant participants to Consultant Manager
Coordinate launch and landing phone calls for global participants
Ensure all evaluations are submitted within two weeks of return/conclusion of Venture Program

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree from a four-year college or university
Communicate clearly in oral or written form
Can organize and manage time effectively
Must be a self starter
Must be willing to travel overseas periodically
Able to work in a cross-cultural environment
