Biography

Olivea comes from the village of Kot-Omor. Her father died in 2002 during a rebel attack and her mother died in 2004. She was raising her younger brother until they came into our Lira Children’s Home in 2007.

Olivea is described as a respectful, well-behaved and friendly girl. She plays well with others and enjoys playing netball. Olivea’s favorite color is yellow and her favorite subjects in school are math and music. When she grows up, Olivea hopes to be a nurse. She helps out in her home by cleaning, assisting the younger children and cooking.

Olivea is strong in her faith and enjoys reading the Bible, praying and attending church. Her favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:31. Please join us in praying for physical and spiritual growth, and blessings in Olivea’s life.
