Submission Confirmation

Step 1 – Application
Your application has been submitted and you should receive an email confirmation momentarily. You’re almost finished!  

Step 2 – Application Fee
In order to complete your application, all Venture applicants must submit a $100 non-refundable application fee. Without payment of this fee, your application cannot be considered or forwarded to team/intern/consultant leaders. Your credit card information will be kept on file and can be used to pay the remainder of your trip's balance if you cannot secure the remaining funds through financial support-raising efforts. (Speak with your leader for more details.)

How to Pay Your Application Fee:
Option #1: Click here to submit your non-refundable application fee online.
•    Supply your name and team/intern/consultant code (if one has been given to you)

Option #2:  Mail a check ($100/person) to:
•    COTN - Venture Program, P.O. BOX 3970, Silverdale, WA 98383
•    On the check include in the memo line: “Venture Application Fee” for “Your Name(s)”
•    If you know your team/intern/consultant code, please write it on the check.

Option #3:  Make a payment over the phone
•    Call the COTN–USA Finance Office and make a payment over the phone. Call 360-698-7227 extension 1026.
•    Be sure to have a credit card ready.
•    Supply the finance staff with your name and anyone else you are paying the application fee for, (example: family members joining you).
•    Share the team/intern/consultant code assigned to you (if one is available).

Step 3 – Additional family members
If you will be traveling with family members, you can submit additional applications using the shorter Application for Additional Family Members. Please remember to pay application fees for each additional family member as well. Follow step 2.

Step 4 – Minors (Children under 18)
If you are not yet 18, print and complete the COTN Minor Affidavit to be notarized and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Mail the notarized form to the COTN address listed at the bottom of the form.

* Because space is limited at the COTN mission sites (where the accommodation costs are lowest) we will be reserving space on a first-come, first-served basis.  Teams must pay a non-refundable $100 deposit per participant in order to reserve space on the COTN calendar.
