  • All of our teens in Malawi

Classes began in January, 2010 at Children of the Nations’ (COTN) International Christian Academy, located at COTN’s Njewa Ministry Center in Malawi.  In the summer of 2011, the first two classrooms were completed, and a third classroom and dormitory are currently under construction.  Enrollment of 9th – 12th graders is expected to expand to nearly 500 students by the year 2013.

Prior to the opening of the International Christian Academy, the students in our Children’s Homes and Village Partnership Program were sent to boarding schools where they were no longer under our care.  Now we can continue the relationships and loving care that nurtures each child to learn and grow.

Headmaster Fulgensio T. Kanyama hopes to inspire our students to pursue higher education at a university level, and staff members focus on curriculum that is not only high-quality, but fun and creative, too.
