COTN Children's Villages

Our Children’s Villages are designed to incorporate two things that are highly valued in African culture—family and community.  Consisting of clusters of homes, our Children’s Villages are usually located in close proximity to one of our ministry centers, which provide access to a clean water source, school facilities, medical services, a vocational skills center, and a multi-purpose facility for use as a church or community center.

Our Children’s Villages consist of individual Children’s Homes—full-care residential homes for orphaned children.  We currently have Children’s Villages in Sierra Leone (Banta Children’s Village), Malawi (Chiwengo Village), and Uganda (Uganda Children’s Village).
