Our Barahona Ministry Center, constructed in 1997 by local contractors and Children of the Nations short-term mission teams, serves as our program headquarters in the Dominican Republic.
The complex consists of our Administrative Office complex, which includes the offices of the Country Director as well as our Sponsorship, Education, and Accounting departments and various administrative staff. Our Medical/Dental/Surgery Center, which provides services to the children in our program as well as low-income families in the surrounding communities, is in an adjacent building on the same property. Nearby Casa Bethesda Mission House serves as a central meeting place and provides overnight guest accomodations for visiting Venture Program participants.
