Summary
The Communications Department is seeking a Project Manager to provide project and administrative coordination in our COTN–USA office (Silverdale, Washington).
Responsibilities Include
- Managing start-to-finish production of all communications projects, projects submitted by other departments, marketing campaigns, and special event projects
- Effectively coordinating and managing workloads of production personnel (graphic design, web design, writers, editorial, production, etc.)
- Determining and tracking estimated and actual costs (including in-house and outsourced expenses) in relation to projects and department billing
- Producing a monthly billing/invoice allocation report
- Providing technical expertise and participating in the tactical and creative planning process for marketing efforts, event planning, program reporting, and resource management in order to meet specific project and program goals
- Managing external relationships and partnerships (printers, venders, freelancers, volunteers, etc.)
Required Skills
- A strong understanding of print and production work
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Supervisory experience and the ability to work with different personalities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced Internet researching skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Management preferred)
- 3+ years experience in Project Management or a related field
